All local businesses of Oakland, California will be introduced to the CBA's “Prodigy 2 Protégé” (P2P) program. This is essential for the growth of all our communities. Companies like McDonald’s, Home Depot and Walmart are our local youth’s first employment experience.We now are empowered to place our local youth with our locally owned businesses. Our communities will now be apart of our youth’s first employment experience. In return, our local businesses will begin to thrive, scale and taking on more clientele. This newly found man power, will have the locally owned business economy booming!!!!
