Health changes. Family dynamics alter. Loss, pressure or unexpected responsibility arrives, and refuses to stay neatly outside working life.

This honest and energising session brings together three incredible women who are stepping forward to share their very different stories of challenge, recalibration and growth, across both business and life. From commercial missteps to deeply personal turning points, each has faced moments where the plan failed, and found a way to turn disruption into direction.
Through candid conversation, we will explore how to regain clarity when confidence dips; what resilience really looks like behind closed doors; how to navigate personal challenges while still leading professionally; the mindset shifts that turn setback into strategy; and how to lead visibly and decisively through uncertainty.
