This Chambers Wales SESWM Men’s Network session, hosted by Blake Morgan, brings together two senior Army leaders whose careers have demanded resilience, clarity of decision-making and accountability in some of the most challenging environments.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a key role as lead Military Planner, supporting the Welsh Government in delivering the Whole Town Testing Pilot."
Major J Wright MBA MRCVS (RAVC)
"Major Wright is the Engagement Officer at Joint Military Command (Wales), leading Youth, Employer and Landowner engagement. Previously, he was part of the senior leadership team for a large veterinary corporate group, accountable for over 300 staff, and has deployed on key operations including Op RESCRIPT and Op LONDON BRIDGE."
