Dive into the enchanting world of mixed media artwork amidst the picturesque setting of Chaloner Pond. Led by me an teacher, explore essential techniques of painting while surrounded by the soothing ambiance of nature.

Terms & Conditions for Yorkshire Artist - General Tickets
1. Refund Policy: There are no provisions for refunds. However, ticket resale among family and friends is permissible.
2. Minimum Ticket Sales: The workshop necessitates a minimum of 5 tickets sold to proceed.
3. 11+ Only Policy: Please note that this workshop is 11+ only. Participants must be 11 years or older to attend.
Terms & Conditions for Yorkshire Artist - Swim and Workshop
1. Refund Policy: There are no provisions for refunds. However, ticket resale among family and friends is permissible.
2. Minimum Ticket Sales: The workshop necessitates a minimum of 5 tickets sold to proceed.
3. Wild Swim Event: The wild swim activity will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless a severe weather event occurs.
4. Duration: The workshop will span 2 hours, with an allotted time of 1 hour for the swim activity.
5. Weather Contingency: In the event of adverse British weather conditions, the workshop may be subject to cancellation. Should this occur, participants will promptly receive a full refund. The final decision regarding workshop viability, considering weather conditions, will be made on the morning of the event as the swim will go ahead regardless of the weather.
6. Participant Requirements: Participants are required to bring appropriate swimwear and any necessary equipment for the swim. Additionally, participants must bring along a camping chair, picnic blanket, or suitable seating arrangement for the workshop portion of the event. Necessary art materials will be provided, including a clipboard.
7. Workshop Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, every effort will be made to rearrange the workshop. However, due to the unpredictable nature of British weather, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. Participants are advised to remain flexible, and we will keep our fingers crossed for favourable weather.
8. Swim at your own risk- Not guided swim: This is NOT a guided swim. If you join, it is at your own risk. I don’t claim to have qualifications.
9. Adults Only Policy: Please note that this workshop and swim event is for adults only. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
10. Participants are asked to bring along a camping chair, picnic blanket, or suitable seating arrangement conducive to painting. Necessary materials will be provided, including a clipboard.
Terms & Conditions for of Chaloner Pond - Swim and Access
1. The use of Chaloner Pond is done entirely at your own risk.
2. All visitors, including non-swimmers, must purchase a ticket.
3. All visitors, including non-swimmers, please sign in before heading to Chaloner Pond.
4. Anyone under 18 years old must stay pond-side and be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5. No dogs onsite.
6. When attending wild swim at Chaloner Pond, please respect the working farm by staying in designated areas only.
7. Please respect ALL animals and fellow swimmers. Do not damage any flora or fauna.
8. Non-swimmers are not allowed to enter the water.
9. Please take all litter away and leave the pond as you found it.
10. Please use designated entry/exit points.
11. Please report any issues to the farm or [email protected].
12. All tickets are non-refundable and dates/times cannot be changed once booked. However, tickets can be transferred to others if you can't attend.
13. If found contravening any of the above, you'll be asked to leave immediately without recompense.
Definitions and Interpretation:
1. Bank Ticket: a person accessing grounds around Chaloner Pond but not entering it.
2. Child: anyone under 18 years accompanying the Customer.
3. Company: Jessica Roy Coaching, registered in England and Wales.
4. Customer: a person accepting these Terms and Conditions by clicking to purchase a ticket.
5. Fee: the ticket price listed on the Website.
6. Order: the Customer’s request to purchase a ticket through the Website.
7. Website: www.jessicaroycoaching.com.
Background:
1. Chaloner Pond is managed by the Company. These terms outline access for open water swimming.
2. All persons accessing the pond must purchase a ticket and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participants should understand the risks of open water swimming, including personal injury and property loss.
4. All attendees must adhere to these Terms and Conditions and sign the Disclaimer.
5. Descriptions of Chaloner Pond are illustrative only; attendees confirm they aren't relying on them.
Booking:
1. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Disclaimer.
2. The Order is subject to acceptance by the Company; a booking confirmation finalizes the contract.
3. Each person must buy their own ticket and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4. The Company may decline an Order at its discretion.
5. Upon Order acceptance, payment is due.
6. Pre-booked tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Customers are responsible for any Child, ensuring they understand and accept the Terms and Conditions.
8. All attendees must sign the Disclaimer before entry.
Closure or Changes to Chaloner Pond:
1. The Company may close or suspend operations for various reasons, offering substitute tickets if necessary.
Entry Conditions:
1. All persons must have a valid ticket, accept the Terms and Conditions, and sign the Disclaimer.
2. Participants with medical conditions should consult a doctor before swimming.
3. Safety is paramount; all must behave responsibly.
4. Follow instructions from Company personnel.
5. No swimming under the influence.
6. Use specified entry/exit points.
7. No diving from the bank side.
8. Participants must be confident swimmers.
9. Children under 18 may not swim; they must remain on the bankside if they have a ticket.
10. Respect wildlife and flora.
11. No dogs except assistance dogs.
12. Access to other areas is prohibited.
13. Swim shoes must be worn.
14. Water quality may vary.
15. No lifeguards on duty, but safety equipment is available.
16. Non-compliance may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
Data Protection:
The Company may use customer photographs for marketing with permission.
Photography of other customers requires consent.
Customers can withdraw consent at any time.

General:
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions as needed.
Invalid provisions will be modified to be enforceable.
English law governs these terms.
Disclaimer:
Open water swimming carries risks; participants must comply with Entry Conditions.
The Company isn't liable for personal injury or property loss unless due to negligence.
Losses not covered include those avoidable by the Customer, business losses, or events beyond the Company's control.
