Chakras activation Sound Bath

Chakras activation: In this immersive sound bath, we will gently travel through the chakra system, beginning with the Root chakra to establish grounding and stability, and moving upward through the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, and Third Eye, before reaching the Crown chakra, where connection to divine wisdom and universal energy flows.

Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, each chakra will be bathed in frequencies that encourage release, balance, and activation. As the sound currents wash over you, stagnant energies begin to dissolve, making space for clarity, creativity, and expansion.
