This Friday we Meditate, dance, create our mandala and gently move into a being of at home in our body. Chakradance blends psychology, music and movement to help you embody your energy.
This movement therapy is a joyful, grounding way to explore your energy system (Chakras).
This week it's all about the base.....
Our Root Chakra is our red energy centre at the bottom of our spine. It relates to our first 7 years in this body.
When Trauma happens to us and we don't process and heal, our Chakras don't work as they should.
This can cause illness, Addictions, Repeated patterns of destruction, which leads us into the feelings of not being safe and secure in our inside and outside worlds.
The keys to balance your Chakras and come home to you, can be found within Chakradance.

Access is by walking down the canal behind B+m right along until you reach the last boat docked.. it's on your right hand side down steps or ramp.
If coming by car please let me know , so I can give you the code for carpark.
Come up the back silver stairs if you are able, if not I'll come get you at front door as there is a lift to use.
