In Chakradance you will be guided into your own experience of each chakra using specific music, guided visualizations, mandala art-making and dynamic moving meditations. Experiencing the healing power of CHAKRADANCE in a small, safe group setting

Chakradance is an eyes-closed process, that provides a sacred and nurturing space where you can surrender to your own experiences, become more in tune with your chakra system and use these dynamic moving meditations to activate your own inner healing

Chakradance classes are held in a darkened room, lit only by candle-light. In this ‘sacred space’ we begin to transition from our outer, everyday life, into our rich inner, imaginative world. It is from here that our deep inner healing is activated

the unravelling of blocked energy, a deepened connection to your true, authentic self, and the feeling of coming home

Arrival will be at 5:00pm for a sharp 5:15pm start

* It is essential to BOOK IN ADVANCE & CANCEL if you are not attending, as spaces are LIMITED and classes are PREPARED beforehand

The payment will be non-refundable, but if you cannot attend the class and you let me know in good time prior to the class, the payment can be transferred toward a future class. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled you will be refunded and if you 'no-show' your payment will be non-refundable
