About this Event
Join Erin of Lifted Spiritss for a peaceful, after-hours Chakra Sound Bathing Experience in a quiet, softly lit space with cosmic and northern lights ambiance!
We’ll begin with a brief introduction to sound healing and the 7 chakras, followed by a short guided body scan to help you settle into your body and connect with each energy center.
From there, you’ll lay back and relax into a 40-minute immersive sound bath, moving from root to crown using crystal singing bowls, wind gong, chimes, and grounding instruments designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back into balance.
Kava tea or herbal tea will be available to help you unwind before we begin.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get cozy and settled.
This experience is gentle, restorative, and open to all — no prior experience needed.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat/blanket, and come ready to rest.
$22 per person-register on Eventbrite so Erin has a head count.
