This immersive Root Chakra Workshop + Sound Bath is the first session in our 7-part Chakra Series, held inside the serene sanctuary of Alchemy Divination Studio in Los Altos.

Melissa, the founder of Alchemy Divination, is your guide throughout this journey.

Info: Upon arrival, each attendee will receive a sacred cleansing ritual led by Melissa to release any negative or heavy energies. This cleansing will help open your spirit, allowing you to fully receive the benefits of the workshop. After your cleanse, you’ll be invited to enjoy a cup of chakra tea and engage in a calming coloring meditation or reflect on journal prompts.

Info: The sound bath ceremony begins with a guided breathwork exercise that leads to Root Chakra meditation followed by a sound bath with individual reiki-infused healing.

Info: The sound bath ceremony closes with a reflective journaling activity and group discussions with Melissa on what was felt during the sound healing. Also, enjoy intentional chakra-related drinks and foods to fuel/replenish our energy center. This sacred space is open for you to interact with your soul family and socialize if you feel called to connect with others who are attending the workshop and begin to gain your support community.
