For years Cristina and Frank have been delivering this meditation. Based on their intuitive communication, tantric and Laya meditation and the vibrations and frequencies of Tibetan bowls.
We invite you to bring an intention to the journey, as this will help you in aligning yourself.

YOUR FACILITATORS
Cristina Guerra has been a yoga practitioner and holistic therapist for 15 years.
She first began teaching yoga in 2014 and has been hosting classes and workshops in Yoga and meditation in various locations around South-East Asia, Australia and the Netherlands.
She also studied Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Krya Yoga and Tantric Meditation, Kids Yoga, Counseling, Art-Therapy, Reiki, Quantum-Touch, Multidimensional Therapy, and Channeling.
As a certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist, with many differing experiences in the field of mental health and emotional well-being, she has experience working with groups and individuals
between the ages of 13 and 70 years old.
Now based in Portugal, her home country, it is her intention to help clients listen to their inner selves and live the life they have been wishing for.

Frank Mannens, better known as Frank Klank (“Sound’ in Dutch), is a sound artist, which has been his passion for more than 20 years.
Playing the singing bowls is something he learned himself, trusting his intuition and knowing that every sound has a purpose.
He takes participants on a journey inwards, with respect for what is happening in everyone’s body and giving space to silence.
In addition to the meditative singing bowl concerts, he also collaborates with yoga teachers and other musicians.

PRACTICAL
Friday October 4
Time: 3 pm – 5 pm
For a relaxed start as a group, we open the doors 15 minutes before we start. The Meditatietuin is the building between the Glass House and the Rietveld House. Google maps will show you the way! Please allow an additional 5 – 10 minutes of walking from the red bridge or the main entrance.
Bicycles must be parked outside the park. Good to know: you risk a fine if you enter the park with your bicycle (including walking with your bicycle in hand!).
Clothing: we advise you to wear something comfortable and bring warm socks. Mattresses, meditation pillows and blankets are provided.
