This is an 8 week experiential series designed to help you develop a personal connection with each of the 7 main chakras and how they function together as an integrated system of body, mind and spirit .Each week we will focus on one energy center with clear teaching, meditation, Reiki supported energetic work to help you sense, understand and gently balance that chakra. You will also learn practical ways to support the Chakra in daily life, including grounding practices, reflection exercises, supportive lifestyle practices..ie incorporating specific foods to support that chakra, colors, crystals, and Essential Oils, affirmations.
By progressing one energy center at a time, you build familiarity and trust in your own inner guidance.
in the eigth week we will integratevall the chakras together, helping you recognize how they communicate and function as a whole energetic system, and how you can continue nuturing this relationship beyond the program.
This program is appropriate for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen an existing spiritual or energy-healing practice
Holding space for 10 participants
Series begins March 30. Last class is May 18th
Cost of this series is: $400 if paid weekly @ $50 per class or $350 if paid in full.
If paying weekly any missed classes do need to be as as you will still be receiving the materials
