This immersive meditation supports emotional release and deep relaxation, making it the perfect Sunday ritual. All mats, blankets, and props are provided—just arrive, get comfortable, and receive. ✨
This experience is open to all levels—no prior meditation or sound bath experience needed. Sound healing is especially supportive for those seeking stress relief, emotional balance, nervous system regulation, deeper sleep, or a moment to reconnect inward.
The vibrations of crystal singing bowls can help guide the brain into slower, restorative states (alpha and theta), supporting relaxation, mental clarity, and energetic alignment. Many participants report feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply reset after the session.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can fully relax in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and an optional journal if you’d like to reflect or integrate after your experience. All mats, blankets, and props are provided for your comfort.

Free street parking is available on Sundays. You can find parking along the main street, as well as on nearby residential streets such as Kenyon and Chase. There is also a parking lot located behind Menotti's Coffee Stop on the corner for additional convenience.

🌿 About the Facilitator: Xavianca
Xavianca Horne is a devoted guide in Yoga and Sound Healing, whose journey began at a young age under the gentle guidance of her father, who taught her the importance of safety and awareness within the body through yoga. At three, she was introduced to the world of music through classical vocal training—an awakening that revealed the sacred power of sound and its ability to heal.
Her lifelong exploration of vibration and wellness was later deepened by the pioneering work of Dr. Robert Rife, whose research illuminated sound as a pathway to harmony and restoration.
Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Xavianca blends mindful alignment with the fluid grace of breath, creating practices that both ground and expand. Infused with the harmonizing 432 Hz frequency—the tone that resonates with the body’s natural rhythm—her sessions invite students to awaken their chakras and reconnect with inner peace.
Through the union of ancient yoga and modern vibrational science, Xavianca guides others on a journey toward embodied safety, spiritual resonance, and radiant well-being.
