Investment: $98Chakra Clearing- This session guides you though layers of sound and sensation, aligning energy centers with precision and flow. With each movement the tempo gently rises, building momentum in a natural, fluid rhythm. This creates a dynamic balanced experience, awakening, cleansing and harmonizing the chakras while the listener is centered. The audio uses solfeggio tones from 396 (root) to 963 (crown)
This session allows you to reboot, reset and come back into alignment in a state of calm clarity.
The evening will consist of an opening circle (which will support you in integrating your experience at home) followed by two main parts of the evening and conclude with group integration.
This first is a hypnagogic light session of 20 mins. Supportive/reassuring touch (if requested) This helps to regulate the nervous system and calm the body while it is experiencing something new.
The second part of the evening you will have the opportunity to integrate your experience or create an intention if your group goes second. I will have oracle/tarot cards for you to explore with. You can journal or just relax in the EE system.
The final portion of the evening will consist of an opportunity to share your experience if desired and participate in a short closing circle.
(Please note that the hypnagogic light is a closed eye experience and is similar to flashing strobe lights. A waiver will need to be signed by all participants. Due to liability we cannot accommodate those with brain injury, epilepsy, under 18, or those with light sensitivity. I can work privately with those who have light sensitivity if desired.
The experience for everyone is different. Most people experience a kaleidoscopic visual effect and feel awed or relaxed after a brief period of mild apprehension. You may drift off and recalibrate in a different way, may fall asleep or may experience some version of the other side. All of these are fantastic ways for the body to reset. No matter what your experience it always supports you to believe that the experience you had was absolutely perfect for you.
It is recommended that you bring:
-water bottle
-journal and pen
-open mind and heart
As always if you try the experience and decide that you would like to exit the light early or not participate in the light portion of the evening that is completely fine. You are welcome to just enjoy your time in the EE center and I thank you for your bravery in trying something new. I have over 200 sessions and more keep getting added. If you reach out to me privately, we will find one that is perfect for you. Not all sessions are right for all people.
