You’ll explore:
- Meditation and breathwork tailored to higher energy centers
- Gentle movement for releasing blockages
- Tools to maintain balance and clarity in daily life
Whether you attend one workshop or both, these sessions are designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering a supportive, safe space to slow down, release stored tension, and gain tools for lasting well-being.
