About this Event
Chakras are energy centres that run along the spine and that correspond to different parts of our being and self. When chakras are activated and balanced, there’s a sense of brightness and lightness that emanates throughout our body, spirit and mind. Crystals are beautiful, colourful stones crafted deep within the soul of the earth and each carries their own unique vibration. When you strategically place certain crystals on the chakras and then weave in specific sounds from gongs and singing bowls, the experience can be quite extraordinary.
In this 3-hour Chakra and Crystal Alignment Workshop we begin with a 1.5 hour exploration of the chakras: the philosophies, science and applications. We will also learn about the crystals that naturally support and rebalance the chakras. You’ll also learn how to work with these powerful tools so that you can cultivate a personal practice. Following that, you’ll be guided through a 1.5-hour chakra and crystal activation sound bath. Crystals will be placed to support each energy centre as you’re led through a gentle yet potent sound meditation.
Cozy mattresses, pillows, blankets, bolsters, tea and snacks provided. You will have the option to purchase the chakra crystal set used in your soundbath. Each set of 7 crystals costs $40.00, which you can pay in person at the event via cash or etransfer. You are also welcome to bring your own crystals that align with each chakra.
