How to design and teach a 30–60 min Chair Yoga class

Anatomy & mental aspects of aging
Yoga philosophy, mantras, meditation & storytelling
How to work with and teach from a chair
Volunteer and career opportunities
Practicum: Practice teaching your own Chair Yoga class!
