Come and join Emily for a gentle chair yoga class. We will begin with breathing practices, neural mobilisation and the 3-part Daoist breath followed by warm ups, moon salutations, quad and core work and a relaxing guided meditation to finish. Each class will loosely follow this structure, with some variations using the wall. Suitable for all levels. £12 drop in, £40 for all four classes (on 15th, 22nd and 29th November, and 6th December) - this is a trial run, hopefully to continue into the new year.
