CGR Master Class: Heal with Sound, Align with Vibration

Heal with Sound, Align with Vibration is a restorative masterclass designed for women ages 21 and up to reconnect, reset, and realign through the power of sound and intentional stillness.

Through guided meditation and sound healing elements, this experience will support emotional release, mental clarity, and inner balance—creating space for you to pause, breathe, and be present.

For women, ages 21 and up

What to Expect:

• Guided meditation and grounding exercises
• Sound healing and vibrational alignment
• A calming, supportive environment for reflection and restoration
• A space intentionally designed for women to reset and recharge

What to Bring:

• Preferred Yoga mat or blanket
• Water Bottle
• Journal (optional)

Attire:
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax and move with ease.
