One-Time Workshop
Sculpt realistic-looking animal skulls from clay! This two-hour class will offer tips and tricks for sculpting using additive and subtractive techniques for creating detail to resemble all kinds of skulls. Real life skulls (horse, deer, possum, and more) will be available for reference while we work. Students will be notified once their pieces are ready to be picked up (3-4 weeks after class). No prior experience required!

Non-Member Rate: $65
Appalachian Arts Pottery Member Material Fee: $0. Current pottery studio members may bring their own clay (approximately 10 lbs, medium to firm consistency) at no additional cost.
Non-Member Material Fee: $20. Includes up to 10 lbs of clay and kiln firings.

About the Instructor
Nina graduated with a BA in Visual Art from Emory University and has been working as a professional artist and designer since 2018. Her work spans a variety of mediums including basketry, metalworking, wood burning, painting, digital art, and more with her current professional work focused on ceramics.
