Business leaders have to carry an additional burden as they need to effectively lead and navigate through chaotic and ever-changing circumstances beyond their control.Some people, on the other hand, seem to remain unfazed no matter what life throws at them. ‘Mind moment analysis’ is a professional counselling technique rooted in early Buddhist teachings that helps deconstruct disturbing mental phenomena to cultivate stability and clarity. One of the pioneers of introducing this technique into mental health counselling in Hong Kong is Dr George Lee.
