12:30-1:30 Sound Bath with Kemet: Frequency practitioner of 17yrs. Vibrational medicine is my passion. Creating sacred space in practice with african spirituality and self-empowerment through true healing works. Grounded in Arizona for several years to teach and expand the perception of our community.
2pm-3pm Yoga with Kyira T.:Stretch Instructor and Wellness Coach with focuses on Mental Health, Emotional Processing, and Somatic Therapy. It was my own challenges with mental, emotional, and physical health that lead me to heal and live out my passion in helping others on their journey. Creating a community of safety, authenticity, and love healing from things we all share so commonly.
3:00pm-4:00pm Belly Dancing w/Motherland Jams: Motherland Jams Belly dance is a unique sisterhood of ladies that get together to dance, laugh, and celebrate femininity in a safe and welcoming environment. The class is led by Houston, Texas native ABAgail "Abyssinia" Dunn, who enjoys all types of music and spending time with people who like nice things. Seeing a deficit of classes in the valley, she decided to create her own in order to provide a safe space for ladies looking to work out without drama and discomfort.
Special Performance by: Amagn: Kelvin "AmGN" Lee is an award-winning filmmaker, humorist, and Grammy-nominated music producer based in Phoenix, AZ. Lee brings 12 years of various music industry experience working in production and songwriting in Nashville and Los Angeles. His production work has been featured in the Huffington Post, NPR Radio, Grammys, The Source, VIBE, Rap Radar, and many more internet publications.
