About the Class:
Our signature CENTER class is designed to awaken you to and center you within the heart space, supporting the cultivation of self-compassion and deconditioning all that disconnects you from your true nature through mindful movement and Ceremonial Cacao.
Yin Yoga is a floor based practice that uses long sustained holds (2 to 5 mins per pose) to gently encourage the muscles to release and relax themselves. The class will begin with a warm cup of Ceremonial Grade Cacao to sip during the opening meditation, opening your heart and enhancing your connection to your emotions and intuition.
The intuitive combination of ceremonial cacao and meditative movement will deepen your healing experience and support the shifting of tension and constriction that inhibits your mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing
About the Space:
Sacred Hearth is a home-based business that hosts small-scale intimate classes of 5 people. We share the space with 3 cats who may or may not make an appearance, so please consider any allergies before booking.
