Please join us at 5pm on February 28th, 2026 in the banquet room at the Augusta Elks Club (397 Civic Center Drive) to celebrate the life of Rod McCormick, who left us on January 29th.Rod was very clear that this was to be a party, not a funeral. So please arrive ready to laugh, sing karaoke, and dance.
If you have a memory you would like to share, please reach out to me so I can add you to the list of speakers. If being the center of attention isn't your thing, feel free to submit to me anything you would like to have read.
There will be many pieces of Rod's artwork available to take home in exchange for a donation. All funds will be donated to the American Legion Post #2, a place near and dear to Rod's heart.
Please RSVP so we have a general idea of a head count and can be sure you all are fed and have a place to sit!
I am looking forward to getting all of Rod's friends and family together for a fun evening in his honor.
