Students and Bay Area artists, our beloved department is hosting an exciting event in honor of 100 years of Black History! February 26th, 7-9PM, join us and RSVP for a remembrance of our Black literature within the SFSU archives and current/future artists who belong to our space!βοΈ All are welcomed to our open mic & archival tribute to Black writers/poets/musicians of our generation and within the Bay Area! Performances from poems to plays, and song, are all welcome. This event aims to highlight 100 years of Black History Month, the importance of Black history, and the legacy each of us hold as creative individuals.
