Come join me to Celebrate the one year anniversary of finding out about my Cancer. I cannot wait to see you all and give you big hugs and thank you for supporting me over this past year of surrealness.
Get ready to bust out some radtastic dance moves with(Think Dance Mix 95 or Much Music Dance Parties hehe), mingle and connect if your not into dancing, enjoy scrumptious eats and drinks (cash bar with non alocholic forward offerings with some alcoholic beverages), and the best ingredient of all? MENTAL HEALTH FUNDRAISER - Go community Go!
I'm also wanting to come together to raise funds to support ongoing access to mental health supports for folx impacted by Cancer - breast cancer specifically in terms of helping to fund the " Raddies Are Baddies" care kits for my fellow breasties going through radiation - creams, saline soaks, gauze, hydration tools and comforts - counselling/mental health supports (1:1 and groups); and support to programs Wellspring Alberta or Rethink Breast Cancer.
All ticket sales will be put towards this initiative as a COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION; I'm covering the party myself as a THANK YOU!
** NOTE: Eventbrite categories for tickets are 'paid' or 'donation' so for the choose your own amount options, I had to choose 'donation' category - I'm sorry for the confusion! There will not be a charitable donation tax receipt due to the nature of the fundraiser 'contribution' intiative.
