Celebrate the LEAPS San Diego Story
San Diego's community leaders formed the groundbreaking LEAPS San Diego Alliance in 2022. Their goal was to use data-driven strategies to transform our local ecosystem so everyone has fair and accessible opportunities to thrive at work.
A year later, they finished designing the LEAPS San Diego Playbook based on unique regional data. This San Diego-specific roadmap addresses 3 top priorities for dismantling barriers to inclusive workforce and economic growth:
- Transform San Diego from a childcare desert to a childcare oasis.
- Eliminate workplace sexual harassment/assault.
- Elevate the economic power of small businesses in undertapped communities.
Come and celebrate their achievements, and get a sneak preview of the resources and projects they have pioneered!
Light appetizers will be served. There will be a no-host bar. Pease note the University Club has a business casual dress code.
