About this Event
Looking for something fun to do with your littles? Wanting to start the new year with some low-impact exercise and movement? Searching for a chance to connect with other parents? Look no further... Mommy (or Daddy) and Me Yoga will be a great place for you to start. We will be conducting a 45 minute yoga session with certified Semper Fit instructors designed to engage you and your little in movement and breathwork.
*We are hoping to make this an 8-week series, occurring every Tuesday from Jan. 28th-March, but the implementation of this series is based off of interest. This Eventbrite is helping us gauge who will be attending and, if we have enough interest, we will create additional Eventbrite events for the rest of the dates. We must have a MINIMUM of 10 people for the class to happen.
*Payment: As of right now, costs will be comparable to group exercise costs at $6 a class. We are hoping for funding to subsidize these costs, but wanted to share with you for planning purposes what the maximum price would be.
*This is event is open to all DoD Authorized Patrons. Must have base access.*
