Bringing together the bold, expressive flavours of Japan, Brazil and Peru, the five-course celebration unfolds with returning crowd favourites such as the crisp, layered Crab Tostada and the indulgent Tuna Uni, before culminating in a Mother’s Day-exclusive finale – Pink Peach, a delicate yet striking dessert to celebrate Mum.
To mark the moment, guests may toast with a chilled glass of Boizel Brut Rosé NV Champagne, or opt for celebration-crafted cocktails such as the vibrant Samba Mama and floral-kissed Sakura Rosa, each designed to feel as radiant as the woman at the centre of the table.
