Paula Maya is an award winning Brazilian pianist-keyboardist, singer, songwriter, and recording artist. She is a Grammy © and Latin Grammy © Awards voting member and a GrammyU Mentor. She won the 2024 Global Music Awards Silver Medal in the category Best Instrumentalist and have been nominated in the Austin Chronicle Music Awards multiple times. She was voted Best Brazilian Songwriter by the Seattle Weekly and was nominated Best Brazilian Musician living in the US by Focus Web News Brazilian International Press Awards. She's from Rio de Janeiro's South Zone, the birthplace of Bossa Nova.
