This course will review all the current Antitrust cases and their impact on our day-to-day practice. We will also review the Antitrust Laws as they apply to real estate including the 4 common antitrust real estate violations, the three elements of antitrust, and discuss ways to reduce risk. This class also utilizes case studies to further explore these concepts.
