This workshop provides practical strategies to enhance mentor skills in Effective Communication, Aligning Expectations, and Fostering Mentee Belonging & Self-Efficacy. Even if you have participated in prior training sessions via ITMAT Education or other offerings, we encourage you to join the session and share your experiences with this CCEB group.
Note: This training has been organized for CCEB associated faculty. Other PSOM faculty should register for general offerings provided by ITMAT Education.
