The Celebration Canada in Taiwan and Triangle Maji, in conjunction with ICRT, are turning up the volume and rolling out the stage for the Battle of the Bands! 🎸🥁✨This is your moment to plug in, go loud, and earn your shot at performing live at Celebration Canada 2026 🇨🇦🔥
Whether you’re a funk fusion collective, indie rock storytellers, R&B groove architects, or genre-bending sonic explorers, we want to hear what you’ve got. This isn’t just a competition, it’s a launchpad.
🎤 What is Battle of the Bands?
A high-energy live showcase where selected bands compete for a coveted performance slot at Celebration Canada 2026, one of Taipei’s biggest international community festivals.
Expect a night of electric performances, crowd energy, and industry exposure.

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application and video/photos.
Selected bands will be contacted directly with event details and performance confirmation.
⏱ The application takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. Your information will be used for event coordination and promotional purposes only.

Selected bands will be given a set performance time
Basic sound equipment will be provided (details shared upon selection confirmation)
Bands should arrive at least 1 hour before showtime

The winning performance at Celebration Canada 2026 will be guaranteed a performance spot at Celebration Canada 2027
