moshi moshi mind & CC invite you to a day devoted to self-care. Discover your inner strength and calm amid the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and return home with renewed knowledge and energy. Invest in yourself with a Sunday retreat, followed by the opportunity to experience the art at CC.
Our keynote speakers will guide you in cultivating inner peace, strengthening your core, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.
Event Highlights
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Breathwork with Anton Hald
Learn how to harness deep, powerful breathing exercises to support mental health and boost overall well-being. We’ll kick off the retreat with a breathwork session designed to energize us for the day ahead.
Taoist Philosophy with Martin Lund Rasmussen
Physiotherapist & Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (specializing in acupuncture)
Martin will deliver an inspiring talk on Taoist philosophy and practice, called Way of The Mountain. The Way of The Mountain symbolizes our life journey, personal development, and health. Practically, it represents training the three treasures: mind, energy, and body.
Break
Vegetarian lunch served by CC & Darcy’s.
Qigong with Martin Lund Rasmussen
Qigong is part of the traditional Chinese movement tradition, used for millennia to prevent and treat illness. These standing exercises are performed slowly, coordinating movement, breath, and awareness to circulate blood, lymph, and energy, foster body awareness, and deepen your connection to the earth. The practice balances the nervous system and creates a stronger mind-body connection, opening the door to greater presence. Immediately after Qigong you’ll feel increased well-being and centering. Everyone is welcome.
Gong Bath with Ylenia Fiorini
We’ll conclude the day with a gong bath. The vibrations of the gong are a powerful way to reduce stress and balance emotions. During a gong bath, the instrument creates a sea of sound that is deeply relaxing and induces a holistic resonance in the body and a spontaneous meditative state of mind, resulting in an expanded sense of awareness and wholeness.
Mats and water provided for all participants. Goodie bag for everyone.
Ticket price includes lunch.
Namaste.
