About this Event

Calling all word nerds – , the beloved segment from CBC Radio's The Sunday Magazine, is coming to Glenn Gould Studio for a live taping! Host Piya Chattopadhyay will step into the hot seat as a contestant, competing against special guests Mattea Roach, host of CBC's Bookends and 23-game Jeopardy! champ, and Canadian actress and comedian Jennifer Whalen in puzzle master Peter Brown's signature battle of brain games.

Plus – we'll be picking members of the audience to play on stage!

Tickets will be released here on Nov. 17, 2025, at 8 a.m. ET. Be sure to get yours before they run out.

Seating is first come, first served. Admission is free, but if you'd like to give to a GTA food bank, the Daily Bread will be on-site accepting non-perishable food items, cash and electronic donations.
