Cawson’s Coop is a high-energy, female-led Country Cover Band, blending Modern Hits with 90s Country Favorites — Brooks & Dunn, Jo Dee Messina, Bonnie Raitt, Ella Langley, Lainey Wilson, Marcus King, Toby Keith, Tyler Childers, Kaitlin Butts, Miranda Lambert and much more!
The band’s lineup features a crew of seasoned Richmond players who’ve all been part of the local country scene for years — Dan Nicholls, Adam Kahout, Justin Boswell, Brendan Butler, and myself, Sheila Sullivan.
The band got its start rehearsing in a Theater Classroom at the Beacon Theater on Cawson Street, which inspired the name Cawson’s Coop.
Cawson’s Coop always brings a Funky, Feel-Good Energy to every show — full of Harmony, Grit and a few Fun Chicken Pickin’ Tunes for good measure!
