Get ready to move, connect, and recharge at CAWA Wellness Day 2026! ✨
Join us at Kings Park from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a morning designed to nourish your body and uplift your spirit.
We’ll begin with stretching, mindful connection, and yoga 🧘♀️, followed by an energizing Rumba class to boost your mood and get your body dancing 💃.
Your $5 contribution helps us continue creating inclusive wellness events for the community 🙌💚.
We’ll also provide snacks, water, and fresh fruit to keep you fueled 🍎💦🥤.
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel 🧘♂️ and come with an open heart, good energy, and the intention to be fully present.
