About this Event
What is it?
The Catholic Youth Ministry Campference is a mix between a camp, a conference, and a retreat. It is a gathering of Catholic youth ministers (paid, unpaid, core team, volunteer, priest…..everybody) for a weekend filled with discussion, prayer, challenges, fun, and food.
Why have it?
Because it doesn’t exist in the Catholic world right now. We want to offer something that is accessible and affordable for ALL our youth ministry leaders, both staff members and volunteers, to gather and be fed. It's an opportunity to connect with other leaders who are doing exactly what you are doing, have some time of rest and rejuvenation, form yourself and your volunteers, and have time and space for prayer.
What will you get?
A community of support, prayer, conversations with leaders in Youth Ministry, both local and national.
C O S T
To receive the group rate, you must register with a group of 3 or more people from your parish. Lodging, meals, and programming are included with registration.
One Week Past Camper Special (July 13 - July 20) $100 Individual Rate/$ 75 Group Rate
Super Early Bird (August 9 - December 31) $125 Individual Rate/$ 99 Group Rate
Early Bird (January 1 - March 15) $150 Individual Rate/$125 Group Rate
Regular Registration (March 16 - April 19) $175 Individual Rate/$150 Group Rate
Late Registration (April 20- Event) $225

Cancellation Policy:
Participants are able to cancel their registrations for the Catholic Youth Ministry Campference by emailing Rachel Gilman at [email protected] until Sunday, May 10, 2026. No refunds will be processed without written notification. Please note, there is a $50 non-refundable fee included in the cost to register participants.
Refund Policy:
A $50 non-refundable fee is included in the cost to register for the Catholic Youth Ministry Campference. Full refunds excluding the non-refundable fee will be offered to cancelled registrations with written notification until April 19, 2026. After this date, the cancellation fee will go up to $99 until Campference begins.
In the event that the Catholic Youth Ministry Campference is cancelled by the Archdiocese of Indianapolis or CYO Camp Rancho Framasa due to external circumstances, full refunds, including the non-refundable deposit, will be offered to all registered participants.
