Founded in 1990, the Mid‑South Symphonic Band has become Chattanooga’s premier community concert band, bringing together more than 80 volunteer musicians from across the region. The ensemble performs under the direction of Conductor Scotty Jones, an accomplished music educator and conductor whose leadership helps shape the band’s expressive, energetic, and engaging sound.
