Have you ever noticed that it’s the same old businesses in your network that seem to always get a grant successfully, to know endless ‘high net worth’ individuals to cashflow their ideas and have accessed loans- seemingly at the drop of a hat?
Often they are not exceptional businesses, or even always extraordinary individuals, they just speak the language of funders and understand the landscape to access finance successfully often BEFORE they need it.
We believe that everyone should have the support and signposting (and sometimes the translation) to empower them to ask the right questions, create the right collateral and know the all important answers to the fundamental (and often overlooked) questions.
That’s why we have created MoneyFEST: A festival of funders and financiers for business, we’ve brought together, for one day only, all the local experts and organisations whose business it is, to help you access finance to grow your business.
Our exhibitors aren’t there to ‘sell’ you solutions, just to educate you, so that you can rule it out, or perhaps embark on a journey of exploration together. It’s a safe space to ask ‘silly’ questions (not that they will be), and you will not be judged or ruin any ‘first impressions’ as is often the fear when we speak to entrepreneurs.
So, get stuck in, come and have a chat, bring your business cards or one pagers if you have them.
