We are getting close to that time of the year!That time that makes us head out, to see our families, that time we allow ourselves time to switch off.....
But what has already started is the months before that, where we all celebrate, with the wonderful excuse that 'this' time of the year brings!!! ?
So join us, nice and early this December and enjoy some more traditional Latin American Bites!
From some very traditional Xmas treats like our Wonderful Hallacas, or some down right dirty Salichpapas, one could say, they are a perfect nibble after downing a fair few ?
There will also be some winter warmers, like our Crema de Auyama soup, or some hearty BBQ Chicken with a Crema Aji Amarillo sauce.
Besides the return of the dish, you lovelies seem to leave us plain out in absolutely no time... our Yuca Chips!!!
Although.... be prepared for some changes,
we thought it was time to mix it up a bit.
Don't think we forgot about you, you sweet toothed monsters, have you ever tried a Mil Hojas cake? Prepare yourselves if you haven't and rejoice if you have ??
