Please join us Friday October 24th from 4-9PM and Saturday October 25th 10A-5PM at the Aletto Family Sports Center located at 5465 E Main St, Carmel, IN 46033 as the Carmel Card Show celebrates its 1 year anniversay. We will still be at the Carmel American Legion for all other dates, this is just a special event venue for our anniversary celebration in October.
The Aletto Family Sports Center is owned and operated by The Carmel Dads Club and is a massive 130,000 square ft. building that houses 2 full basketball courts, a full size soccer field, batting cages, a walking/running track, and a snack bar. We will be utilizing half of the soccer field for the show which means we will be set up on the AstroTurf which is pretty cool. That space is about 45,000 sq. ft. and will allow us to get as many vendors and collectors in the show as possible.
We will have 200+ tables with a wide range of fresh inventory including Sports/non sports, Pokemon/TCG, Sealed Products, Supplies, Memorabilia, and more. We've already got about 100 tables committed to setting up with some of the best card shops and dealers in the state so don't wait to reach out if you're interested. We're also excited to welcome our out of state vendors and hobby enthusiasts as well. We've set a stretch goal of 250 tables with a cap of 300 for this year. The space is big enough to do more but we want things to run smoothly so they'll invite us back next year and we can double it.😜
This is a 2 day event. The hours Friday October 24th are VIP 4-5PM General admission 5-9PM and Saturday October 25th VIP 10-11AM General admission 11A-5P. VIP is $5 each day and tickets will be at the door cash only. General admission is Free. Kids 12 and under are free throughout. This will give VIP collectors 1 hour early entry each day. There will also be a ton of really cool VIP exclusive giveaways as well. Multiple day VIP members will receive additional drawing tickets. Also if you are planning on the VIP experience please be there extra early so we can get you in by 4. We may or may not be planning on an extra early VIP admittance if there's opportunity(hint hint).
Collectors are encouraged to bring their cards and collectibles as vendors are not only looking to sell but to buy and trade as well. We will also have someone doing raw card reviews taking PSA submissions if collectors have interest.
The Carmel Dads Club will have their snack bar open for each day but we will also have some food trucks(Providers TBD) so attendees will have some amazing food and beverage options.
We will also have a Police presence to help maintain safety standards and security needs.
There will also be a shuttle bus operating to move collectors from the overflow parking lots to and from the venue as necessary. Parking and shuttle are free.
*Already committed and potential vendors please note that I am currently working on the floor layout and welcome email so you will have all of the set up info and will have ability to select your table very soon. I will have that info available next week sometime on or before Friday 8.22. That's 9 weeks to showtime which is still a good amount of time but it will creep up quick so again make sure you reach out ASAP and get your table reserved.
