Identification and Entry Requirements

Government-issued photo identification is required for all guests entering the event. The ticket purchaser must be present to ensure their guests are allowed on board. The minimum age requirement for Ontario events is 19+

Participation in the event does not transfer responsibility, liability, or control to the promoter.

Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route.

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion.
If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds.

Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and advertisements. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event photographer during the event.
