About this Event
Join us for the Carers Scotland Annual Summit 2026 sponsored by SSEN Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks for a relaxed and welcoming health and wellbeing event for unpaid carers. The main event begins at 10:30am with registration and refreshments available from 9:30am.
Alongside an update from Carers Scotland on our work and campaigns, we will have guest speakers, a range of enjoyable wellbeing activities and opportunities to connect with other carers and services.
A variety of stallholders will be available, offering information, support and inspiration. These will include advocacy, mental health and carers’ support, as well as wellbeing-focused services such as gardening groups, creative activities and more.
After the main programme, attendees are invited to stay, enjoy lunch, browse the stalls, visit our interactive carers space and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
As a special addition, all guests will have complimentary access to Discovery Point museum and the Royal Research Ship Discovery, learning about her historic Antarctic expedition under Captain Scott.
This Summit is a chance to pause, reflect and feel supported.
