Exploring Care and Support Services is part of the Alzheimer's Association's Empowered Caregiver Series. This session examines how best to prepare for future care decisions and changes, including respite care, residential care and end-of-life care.All five sessions will be presented by Donna Smith, owner of Home Instead on Fridays at 2pm through April. Each session consists of an educational program followed by a support group. Attendees are welcome to participate in any programs that fit your schedule.
Free respite care is available onsite in Home Instead’s dementia day program, Friends Club. Registration is necessary.
