ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR | Patrick Woods
Patrick began his journey into real estate in 2002. In addition to serving as the founder of the Patrick Woods Real Estate Group, he is also an owner of multiple Keller Williams Realty franchises and Operating Principle of Keller Williams Realty - Elk Grove. He also coaches real estate agents and business owners nationwide and travels as a speaker and trainer.
Previously he served as the CEO and Team Leader of the Roseville office. With over 500 associates, the Roseville office has finished as the #1 Keller Williams office in the world in both 2011 and 2012 out of approximately 700 offices worldwide. In 2014, Patrick and his office reached the pinnacle of selling over $1 Billion worth of real estate in a single year and has repeated this every year since. During his lengthy real estate career, he has participated in over 25,000 transactions for over $5 Billion in sales volume.
Prior to working in real estate, Patrick was a “dot-commer” and worked extensively with early-stage and mid-stage corporate ventures, facilitating their growth from garage-based start-ups to enterprise-class service providers. His first business venture, EncodeThis!, raised over $4 million in investment capital and was eventually sold to Nokia. Patrick’s entrepreneurial skills and enthusiasm have been key factors in his real estate success.
