Overview
Please join us for our second regional cardiovascular education event focused on bringing advanced practice providers, providers and members of the healthcare team with a special interest in cardiovascular health together to learn about the most up-to-date cardiovascular guidelines and treatments from our team of experts.

Objectives
1. Identify appropriate resources regarding guideline directed cardiovascular therapy.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of management of common cardiovascular diseases.
3. Discuss care and management of cardiovascular diseases among the interdisciplinary care team while caring for cardiac patients.
4. Analyze and discuss cardiovascular disease states, subsequent management, supporting literature, and cases.
5. Integrate a collaborative approach to patients with cardiovascular disease
