Dance, sweat, enjoy! Join us for this fun monthly class, and invite a friend. We will explore Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Mambo, Cha-cha and more to create a fun workout and cardio-dance experience. (Individual cardio-dance, not partner salsa.)
$25, pre-registration preferred. Special monthly classes are not included in Yoga One packages. Yoga One members receive a 10% discount.
