We’re bringing the East Coast to Colorado with our Summer CarBoil Dinner, a vibrant, family-style seafood boil prepared by our Executive Chef, Scott Hybbeneth. Piled high with fresh shellfish, savory sides, and seasonal flavors, this feast is made to be enjoyed with good company and a glass (or two) of Carboy wine in hand.
To complement the meal, we’ll be pouring a curated selection of our favorite sparkling and still wines, crafted to elevate every bite.
