About this Event
Join us at Carleton University for the Capital Cup on November 23rd and 24th! The competition case is R. v. Wolfe, 2024 SCC 34.
This event is made possible with the contributions of our incredible sponsors: Kelly Santini LLP, Greenspon Granger Hill, and Tierney Stauffer LLP. A huge thanks to the firms for helping us contribute to Ottawa's undergraduate pre-law community!
Competition structure: This is an all-day weekend event. Join us for four competitive rounds on Saturday, in addition to a speaker panel and networking event. A catered breakfast and lunch will be provided. On Sunday, we will provide breakfast and host our final elimination rounds!
Requirements: Please purchase one ticket for your two-person team. Make sure your information is consistent with a piece of valid government ID, as this will be required to complete check-in.
Eligibility: This competition is open to students pursuing an undergraduate degree, college diploma, or Ontario College Graduate Certificate. Students currently enrolled in a JD or LLB program (or equivalent) are encouraged to volunteer as a judge or mentor.
Parking: Accessible and visitor parking is located in front of the Nideyinan (University Center, abbr. NN). The lot number is P2, and the weekend rate is $6 per day, all-day.
