Dealing with the Effects of Stress
Sunday 13th October
9am - 4pm
Begin to understand the subtle effects of trauma and stress on our bodies, alongside evidence- based techniques to manage these effects. With a specific focus on sound, participants will leave with practical tools to support their daily lives.
